I am a Certified Editor in the Life Sciences (ELS, as awarded by the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences) and a member of the American Medical Writers Association. I have edited and written hundreds of  publications in many medical disciplines. My projects have included manuscripts published in a wide variety of medical journals; chapters for textbooks; technical manuals; abstracts for presentation; pharmaceutical documents (INDs, NDAs, final reports); research proposals; protocols for Institutional Review Boards; healthcare brochures; and articles for magazines and web sites.

• Study planning, literature search, writing, and editing throughout the project until completion; medical illustration; statistical planning and data analysis.
• Correcting spelling, grammar, voice, tense, style, and passive voice; verifying accuracy of references, data in tables and text, and content of the project; comparing table data and figures with text.
